Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) once payment has been received.
After your order is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email that includes your tracking number.
Please note that during high-demand periods — such as holidays or large sales — processing times may take slightly longer.
Shipping Times & Rates
We offer fast and reliable shipping across the United States.
Estimated delivery times depend on your location and selected shipping method:

Standard Shipping (7–10 business days) – Free on all orders

Express Shipping (3–5 business days) – Available for an additional charge, calculated at checkout
Please keep in mind that shipping times can vary due to factors like carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
International Shipping
At this time, SnuggleSole ships only within the United States.
We’re actively working to expand our logistics network so we can serve our international customers in the near future.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
You can use this number to track your package in real time on the carrier’s website.
Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your tracking email for updates to appear.
Shipping Address & Changes
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.
SnuggleSole is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
If you need to update your address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at help@SnuggleSole.com.
We’ll do our best to make the change if your order hasn’t shipped yet.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, SnuggleSole is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you haven’t received it, please:

Contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
We’ll do everything we can to support you, but final responsibility lies with the carrier once your order leaves our warehouse.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at help@SnuggleSole.com.
Include your order number and a few photos of the issue.
Our team will review your request promptly and arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
